Regenified™ was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystemsaving practices as part of their operations. To date our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing a variety of crops and produce.

What You Will Do

Regenified™ is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance and certification efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure that Regenified™ delivers highintegrity and ethical services across our organization. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to quality compliance and continuous improvement throughout our supply chain from farm to shelf. This role is integral to Regenified's commitment to delivering exceptional quality and maintaining our reputation for integrity and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain framework that ensures product quality from farm to shelf.
• Develop quality control processes for all stages of the supply chain including farm manufacturing storage processing and packaging. Work closely with processing and storage facilities to maintain high standards.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 ISO 17065 Regenified’s Regenerative Agriculture and Forestry Standards and lead initiatives to achieve and maintain these certifications.
• Support efficient data collection and delivery methods. Ensure accurate data collection on farms facilitate decisionmaking and manage the flow of information through the supply chain to end consumers.
• Work collaboratively across the organization to support and enable quality assurance practices and be a resource and support system for the entire team to uphold quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality assurance and a proven track record of driving compliance and improvement. You bring a high level of professionalism and a strong customer service mindset supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. You have a strong interest in and passion for sustainability and regenerative agricultural practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in Quality Assurance or Food Safety.
• Proven experience in leading Quality Assurance programs preferably in the agricultural or food industries.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and quality control from farm to shelf.
• Indepth knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 17065 standards a plus.
• Experience with USDA Quality Verification programs highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Quality Assurance frameworks and processes.
• Excellent data collection analysis and management skills.
