Customer Service Agent technical support - Native French - Barcelona

Tasks

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with native French and highlevel English for handling customer inquiries (order queries and technical support) for household appliances.

Requirements

• Native level of French.
• High level of English.
• Empathy with customers.
• Willingness to improve every day.
• Analytical skills to identify customer needs.
• Residence in Barcelona.

Benefits

• Start Date: 19/06/2024.
• Training: 6 days of training from 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Contract: Permanent 38 or 30 hours per week.
• Salary: 164255 gross per month (38 hours) or 129675 gross per month (30 hours).
• Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday (alternating weekends) and public holidays (with corresponding additional pay and compensatory day off). 38hs: 9AM6PM / 30hs: 11AM5PM.
• Work Mode: Hybrid training and work arrangement.
