Work Student Recruiting - Talent Sourcing

Our Talent Sourcers are responsible for finding the best talent in the world and convincing them to join Picnic. You have excellent writing skills get excited when you find the right profiles and know how best to get them excited about the challenges at Picnic. You understand the profiles we are looking for and know how important it is to find the right people for Picnic.
We are looking for someone who would support us 20 hours a week.

Your tasks

• You will work closely with our recruiters and various internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of open vacancies
• You search for potential candidates and approach them by using LinkedIn Search and other search techniques
• You manage our candidate database
• You develop strategies to build talent pipelines
• You bring ideas and input that have a positive impact on the talent pipelines

About you

• You are studying psychology HRM business administration or similar
• Ideally you have already gained some professional experience in active sourcing or recruiting
• You are ambitious and have cool ideas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Dutch is a plus
• You are a team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
