Job Description
- Develop high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our diverse customer base, tailored to key personas and showcasing relevant use cases and product benefits.
- Conduct clear, informative and interactive customer training sessions, for small or large audiences, which drive product usage and customer engagement.
- Support the development of in-product and online education materials that enhance product understanding and usability.
- Partner with customer success and account management teams to prioritize customer activities and to identify additional product and service needs.
- Work closely with product management to communicate customer feedback and influence product development.
- Maintain a high degree of expertise of Clarivate products.
- Monitor and adapt training content to reflect industry trends and product developments.
- Research and implement training and presentation techniques to maximize training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
