Job Description
Roles and Responsabilites
- Prepare for new or updated services and manage the change process within the framework of elished regulatory, legal, and IT standards.
- Provide second-level support for software and hardware problems.
- Perform application support and application vendor interfacing services on behalf of the cluster.
