Job Description
Planning Engineer
Gather executed service orders and project milestones for invoicing.
Prepare invoicing advice and coordinate with Finance for the invoice doent submission.
Develop and formulate monthly report of invoicing status.
Coordinate with Finance for invoicing issues and client requirements.
Collect data from Project Managers and prepare monthly KPI report.
Communicate effectively with clients for compliance of submittals.
