Job Description
- Support urgency/emergency requests, Work on inter affiliate and non-Cleint company stock transfer, prepare required documentation/approval, and ensure proper transfer process.
- New material registration & inventory level update.
- Taking up the rejection issues with the buyer and follow up with the Vendors for replacement, follow with Global procurement services (GPS) for further action.
- Keep focus on EHSS critical equipment and production critical spares availability.
- Maintain proper records on the follow up actions and update the status for end user department on request.
