Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Cashier Packer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders managing transactions and ensuring that food is correctly packed for take away. This role requires working in a food court or coffee shop environment.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
  
• Call out to customers to collect their orders.
  
• Pack food for take away ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged.
  
• Handle cash transactions credit card payments and issue receipts.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory.
  
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience as a cashier or packer in a food service environment is preferred.
  
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  
• Good communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and packing.
  
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
