We are seeking dedicated and skilled Radiology Technicians to perform highquality radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under the supervision of qualified Physicians for the diagnosis treatment and prevention of diseases. Your responsibilities will include conducting procedures following department protocols and adhering to established radiation safety guidelines. As a Radiology Technologist you will provide direct patient care to individuals of all ages ensuring exceptional service by treating each patient with respect and courtesy and thoroughly explaining the examination process. Working collaboratively with the team you will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and ensure the safety of patients fellow employees and yourself.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- 0 1 year of experience working in a Radiology department in a hospital environment
- Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
- Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the organizations core values mission and vision.
- Complete all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.
- Stay updated and maintain current knowledge in your area of responsibility through ongoing selfeducation and participation in educational programs.
- Attend staff meetings mandatory inservices and meet competency evaluations promptly.
- Demonstrate competency in providing care to patients of all ages considering their individual needs based on age sex and weight. For nonclinical areas apply agespecific customer service skills if applicable.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment as required.
- Vocational / Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology (Required)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work in a welllighted airconditioned environment with moderate noise levels.
- May be exposed to limited hazardous substances body fluids or infectious organisms.
- Ability to transition from one task to another of different nature efficiently and calmly.
- May experience periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads.
- Availability for scheduling as needed including overtime.

To effectively perform the job you must have:
- Near normal vision including clarity (both near and far) and color distinction
- Good manual dexterity and eyehandfoot coordination
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks/motion

Required skills & experience: 1) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. 2) Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of LA (or other NLC state). 3) 2+ years previous experience working in care management and/or with CKD/ESRD patients is preferred. 4) Ability to take call remotely on some nights and weekends 5) Must have Home Health and/or Hospice experience.
