Marketing Sales Assistant

This is an onsite role in a beautiful wellappointed office in Old Town Pasadena near public transit.

• Produce written content for social media email outreach development and marketing as well as assets for online content and print material;
  

• Work collaboratively with the other team members on the production of all company marketing pieces;
  

• Manage and update web content using a content management system;
  

• Manage all social channels. including content production audience engagement and reporting;
  

• Write press releases and coordinate press relations and coverage with reporters;
  

• Manage and drive earned media outreach on all company milestones and maintain a detailed database of press and marketing channels for events and news moments;
  

• Develop content for direct news magazine and online advertisements and journal ads;
  

• Collaborate on the attendance of conferences & industry events; and
  

• Be the champion of quality control in terms of branding and messages writing and design/look and feel.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 12 years experience in marketing sales writing content marketing public relations journalism or public affairs
  

• Exceptional writing skills editing and presentation skills to craft key sales messages;
  

• Desire to continually seek innovation in marketing and constantly look to take things to the next level;
  

• Design sensibility and an understanding of branding and how to manage the design of impactful marketing collateral;
  

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite CRMs Canva and/or Adobe Creative suite;
  

• Resourceful proactive and curious spirit;
  

• Excellent organizational project management and time management skills;
  

• Passion drive and enthusiasm for leveraging digital marketing expertise to educate colleagues win business and drive brand awareness;
  

• Strong design sense and technological savvy including working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO with the ability to learn new digital platforms/tools quickly;
  

• Strong work ethic team spirit eagle eye attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines;
  

• Ability to judge several projects concurrently and thrive in fastpaced environment.
