CSV Project Manager Computer System Validation Project Manager

Proven experience in IT project management preferably in a corporate environment.

Functional and technical skills including knowledge of different Customer Service tools like Veeva CRM and Medcomms SalesForce Service Cloud and Arisglobals LSMI.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems effectively and in a timely manner.

Understanding of communication systems such Automated Call Distribution (ACD) PBX(s) voice endpoints VoIP architecture and VoIP encryption Conversational IVR Callback Assist/Virtual Queue

Experience or familiarity with the Medical Affairs area in a pharmaceutical company.

Knowledge on Web environments Chatbots

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering or related field.
