Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Establish sales targets and KPIs and monitor performance against these targets.
Adapt sales strategies to align with market conditions in Qatar and Iraq.
Recruit train and mentor a highperforming sales team.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and competitive team environment.
Coordinate with HR for team expansion and training programs.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key clients.
Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Implement CRM systems and sales management tools for efficiency.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
Minimum of 810 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the real estate markets in Qatar and Iraq.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
Miminum 5 years of experience in Qatar. Working knowledge of Qatar labor regulations and governmental authorities. Strong problem solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to build strong relationships Excellent communication and writing skills both in Arabic and English Extensive experience in Public Relations/Communications Eye to details and acute organization skills
