This is a remote position.
As an Event Sales Coordinator for our night clubs you will be responsible for driving event sales and ensuring the seamless execution of private events VIP bookings and corporate gatherings. Your role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients developing and maintaining relationships and coordinating all event details to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. You will work closely with our management marketing and operations teams to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering topnotch customer service.
Direct leads provided by the company eliminating the need for you to generate your own marketing leads.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales event coordination or a related role within the nightlife or hospitality industry
Familiarity with nightclub operations and nightlife culture
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Knowledge of event management software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Identify and target potential clients for private events VIP bookings and corporate gatherings
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct site visits and tours of the nightclub for prospective clients
Create and present event proposals packages and pricing options to clients
Coordinate all event details with clients including scheduling décor entertainment and catering
Collaborate with the nightclub s management marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
Manage event contracts deposits and payments
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and best practices in event sales and nightlife
Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as required by the nightclub s schedule and event needs
Flexibility to attend and oversee events ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations
A proactive and selfmotivated approach to achieving sales targets
Ability to handle highpressure situations and lastminute changes with ease

Starting Base Salary: $40K
