Practice Manager growing multiphysician multilocation ophthalmology practice in the Fort Myers Florida area
Looking for a superstar Practice Manager that has experience overseeing daytoday operations of multiphysician practice
610 years of experience in a similar sized practice
Ophthalmology or subspecialties experience
Strong leadership and organizational record of achievement. Looking for someone who is driven hungry to succeed who focuses on the team but respects the physicians point of view.
Looking for a positive attitude and strategic leadership skills with the ability to grow with the practice
Ensure compliance with healthcare financial and staffing laws and regulations
Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts in a complex environment
Maintain strong relationships with physicians coworkers and patients
Proficiency in EMR/EHR
Responsible for holding meetings to ensure effective communication with staff and providers regarding policies procedures forms changes and requirements
Experience in a highvolume environment
Responsible for staff performance management including hiring promotions corrective action and termination decisions
Bachelor s degree not required they will hire with equivalent experience
Relocation assistance is not available
