Data Management: o Ensure the accuracy consistency and completeness of data in Salesforce. o Perform data imports exports and data cleansing as necessary. o Maintain data hygiene through regular deduplication and data validation activities. 2. Data Quality Control: o Create and enforce data quality standards and best practices. o Monitor data integrity and resolve data quality issues promptly. o Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies. 3. Data Reporting and Analysis: o Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Salesforce data. o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data analysis to support decisionmaking. 4. User Training and Support: o Train Salesforce users on data entry best practices. o Provide support to users encountering datarelated issues. o Document and maintain datarelated procedures and guidelines. 5. Integration and Automation: o Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data integration with other systems. o Identify opportunities to automate data processes to enhance efficiency. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams. Proficiency in using data tools and reporting within Salesforce.
