Position Overview

The person would be managing the team of Counter Merchandisers responsible for Stock Management for all the categories Ideal Creation Vendor Management Market Research Sales Support and Operation Management. Should be analytical and have good computer skills. Manufacturing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Role and Responsibilities

Help Counter merchandisers to maintain stock level in their respective product category/counter as per Ideal by regular purchase and ordering of best selling designs & new designs as per market dynamics too.

Willresponsible for team to maintain Fill rate and match rate as per the ideals.

Making team create list of Best/Fast sellers and ensuring that such SKUs are avaliable in stock always.

Ecourageteam to come up with new collections product line designs.

New Vendor Development.

Train/Educate staff on new products introduced.

Periodical product training of the sales/counter staff to enhance their sales skill.

Ensuring smooth and timely movement of Back Office stock to store and vice versa.

Preparing Ideals category wise periodically.

Planning on automation to make processes faster.

Forecasting of Purchase and generating purchase list for team as per weekly schedule.

Critical Competencies

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Should have good technical and manufacturing knowledge of Gold Jewellery.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduate from anyfield.

Should have Computer Operating knowledge.

Preferred skills and experience:

Should have worked in Jewellery industry. (Manufacturing or Jewellery Background in Gold Preferred)

Should be able to manage team.

Should be good at planning and execution.

Should have good excel knowledge.
