We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Regional Manager of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both BusinesstoConsumer (B2C) marketing strategies with a strong focus on driving brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth across diverse markets within the region.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth in the region.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing team providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Product Development and Operations to align marketing efforts in the region.
  • Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns events and promotions to engage both B2C and B2B audiences effectively.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to measure performance optimize campaigns and maximize ROI across all marketing channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to improve marketing efforts continuously and drive innovation.


Requirements

  • Possessed at least a bachelor s degree in marketing study or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing ideally in digital commerce or payment space.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with ability to work with regional teams in a multicultural and bootstrapped environment.
  • Able to travel regionally.
