Responsibilities :
- Fulfill revenue objectives and adhere to accounting and reporting policies. This entails reviewing and analyzing finances ensuring compliance with regulations and refining reporting documentation. All of these tasks are performed while verifying the integrity and accuracy of financial operations safeguarding organizational assets and developing efficient business processes to record revenue
- Overseeing certain contracts as it relates to financial reporting leading strategic planning for accounting policies and maintaining internal controls over financial transactions.
- Evaluating developing and improving department controls systems and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects monthend and yearend reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensuring that all accounting processes align with IFRS and current financial legislation.
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management stakeholders and external parties such as vendors or lenders.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations as needed.
- Assisting the Administrative Director with putting together Master Plan and Mid Term Plan.
- Assisting other departments as they develop strategies Master Plan and Mid Term Plan establish objectives and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
- Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry
- Coordinate with KDDI group External Auditor Revenue Department and internal departments
Qualifications :
- Thai candidate and age is not over than 45 years old
- Bachelors degree in accounting.
- At least 10 years experience in accounting and 5 years experience as manager level
- Hold a CPD
- Knowledge in Accounting and Taxation
Relevant working experience with Data center telecommunication and networking environment - Familiarity with the Dynamic 365 system or experience in setting up a new system would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English
- Japanese language skills would be advantageous.
- Have work experience in data center service provider industry would be advantageous.
