Position: OnDemand Virtual Assistant (WFH)
Compensation: RM1000 to RM1500 per month
Work Hours
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Material Production.
Create engaging marketing materials for Instagram and Facebook posts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with our brand strategy.
2. Administrative Support.
Perform basic formatting of notes on Google Docs.
Copy questions from provided workbook PDFs and consolidate them into wellformatted worksheets with company logos.
3. General Administrative Tasks.
Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements
1. Language Proficiency.
Excellent written and spoken English.
2. Technical Skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Expertise in Adobe PDF.
Familiarity with Google Suite Zoom and WhatsApp.
3. Attention to Detail.
Strong attention to detail ensuring high accuracy in all tasks.
4. Consistency and Reliability.
Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate work consistently.
