About the Company
Our client is a leading supplier of high performance test contacting solutions in the global semiconductor industry. They are looking for a Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to increase sales in the assigned territory (central to northern Malaysia China and Taiwan) and act as first level of application support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide guidance motivation and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Increase sales in assigned territory by providing technical advice on all design & technical related issue to company product and services.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years experience in sales and marketing
- Willing to travel local & overseas extensively for business activities.
- Sales & marketing related experience.
- Semiconductor manufacturing & testing experience will be added advantage.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance metrics
- Communication skill sense of urgency willing to learn attitude and work independently
- Proficient in English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Remuneration
RM 6000 to RM 10000
