Position: DisbursementsBookkeeping Accounting Clerk
Department: FL ADP
Location: 4030Esplanade Way Tallahassee FL 32303
Duration: 5 Months
Shift: Mon to Fri (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Auditing and processing invoices within required agency systems to ensure compliance
- Record and reconcile contract payments to the correct ledgers
- Monitoring and distributing of reports
- Printing voucher schedules matching to corresponding backup verifying and assembling vouchers to be submitted to DFS for audit purposes daily.
- Verify and mail all client vendor and travel reimbursement payments
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
