Job Description:

As a CBSE English Teacher you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal development of our students. You will be responsible for delivering highquality English language instruction in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of teaching experience and a passion for fostering a love of literature and language in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
3. Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
4. Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments providing timely feedback to students and parents.
5. Foster a love of reading and literature by introducing students to a wide range of literary genres and texts.
6. Encourage critical thinking communication and collaboration skills through interactive classroom activities and discussions.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences and initiatives.
8. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in English language teaching and curriculum development.
9. Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and academic performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in English Literature Education or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
2. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.
3. 23 years of teaching experience in CBSEaffiliated schools.
4. Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
7. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
8. Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
