Job Description
Position Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Department: Marketing and Communications
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in market research content creation social media management SEO SEM and client communication. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with different departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends competitive landscape and target audiences for our business segments.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate ndings to stakeholders.
- Presentations and Content:
- Develop compelling and visually appealing presentations for internal and external use.
- Create highquality content for various marketing materials including brochures whitepapers and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Social Media Content Creation and Execution:
- Plan and execute social media strategies across different platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Instagram).
- Create engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- SEO & SEM:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website tra c.
- Develop and execute SEM campaigns including keyword research ad creation and performance tracking.
- Use analytical tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of SEO and SEM efforts.
- Client Communication:

- Handle basic client communication tasks as needed ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Support client meetings and presentations providing insights and updates on project progress.
- Assist in the invoicing process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Education: Masters / Bachelors degree in Marketing Mass Media Communications or a related eld.
- Experience:
- 47 years of experience in marketing market research or a related role.
- Proven experience in social media management content creation SEO and SEM.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have air for content writing.
- Pro ciency in Microsoft O ce Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite Buffer or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM tools like Google Analytics Google Ads SEMrush or Moz.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
- This is a fulltime position based in our o ce with occasional travel required for market research meetings and industry events.
