HR Executive - One year contract

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for an HR Executive for a reputed diversified conglomerate located in Sri Lanka. Below is the summary of the Job Description.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in our HRIS.
• Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in HR preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
