IRG is seeking two Business Development Executive to work from our office.
Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Jefferson City MO Must relocate and work onsite
Full time permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and work on enhancing loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits.
- Develop and build companys presence with customers.
- Call on potential customers to introduce our services to attempt to win new business.
- Understand customers business and requirements.
- Participate in the negotiation of the terms of an agreement using persuasion skills to conclude sales with new and existing Contracts.
- Develop marketing strategies including participation at exhibitions and conferences.
- Advise on forthcoming market trends.
- Record sales information and create reports for Management.
- Participate in creating/maintaining sales business process and yearly plan.
- Review sales performance on a regular basis and compare to plan.
- Participate in the recruitment of qualified candidates to fill service orders with an aggressive timescale.
- Prepare and respond to large RFIs and RFPs.
Experience:
- Should have a minimum of 5 years experience in business development and/or services sales. Pre sales experience will also be helpful.
- Previous experience in preparation of large bids will be highly desired.
- Strong hands on experience in MS office.
- Must be open to travel and visit clients periodically.
- Should have excellent work ethics and be able to work independently and grow with the Organization.
