Are you a highly skilled Client Services Administrator looking for an exciting freelance opportunity in Amsterdam We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver highquality services and manage a variety of client administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client services interacting with secondlevel customer requests.
- Manage all aspects of client services administration including contracts client administration and customer accounting.
- Ensure timely renewal termination and amendment of contracts.
- Engage in process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Handle invoicing and client onboarding procedures.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
Experience and Skills Required:
- Knowledge of credit insurance / insurance and client services administration processes.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in accounting and claims management.
- Ability to work with or quickly learn new IT systems.
- Native or fluent Dutch is mandatory.
