As a Retail Partner you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers as well as fostering strong relationships with existing ones to drive business growth and increase sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers by offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently achieving or exceeding sales performance metrics.
- Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with the latest insurance products and services offered by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the competitive insurance industry.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge best practices and ideas to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in any field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in sales insurance or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Sales Skills: Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building longterm relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
