Job Description

As a Partner Sales Manager you will directly contribute to the success and growth of Paymenttools via Partner Sales! We are excited for you to join a newly formed team that will define our Hunter DNA! You will make a difference from day one by focusing on expanding our business by closing partnership deals and building key relationships becoming a trusted advisor internally and externally!

Your Tasks

  • Find new sales partners to expand distribution of Paymenttools products into the markets we serve.
  • Support the development of relationships with European payment partners that are looking to develop new solutions for their merchant customers
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize key areas of partner sales design new partner sales initiatives and manage ongoing partnerships
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Support to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and resolution of any issues
  • Collaborate with Product Organization to ensure the needs of our partners are built into the product development process
  • Balance partner enablement relationship management strategy and planning
  • Continuously seek to stay up to date in regards to payment news and applying that to our offerings
  • Contribute with your team in the development of new products in partnership with the product owners

Your Experience

  • You have a Hunter mindset. Finding new business not only excites you but drives you
  • You are a team player you bring your team along as you hunt and win
  • Long sales cycles (>6 months) in a Payment and/or SaaS environment are within your comfort zone
  • You bring Partner Sales experience of at least 5 years
    • Experience in payments fintech and/or ecommerce would be an advantage but not required
  • Close collaboration with Product Customer Success and Engineering teams
  • Have used and are confident with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive Salesforce)
  • You are target driven!
  • Confident in negotiation and excellent in communication
  • You are fluent engaging and to the point in written and spoken German and English at all levels of the organization
