Tasks

Role overview

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager focused on Paid Social Channels you will play a pivotal role in successfully managing paid social campaigns to acquire new users for our apps.

• You plan execute and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA platforms such as Meta TikTok Snapchat & Pinterest.
• Your responsibilities will include budget allocation and management for paid social campaigns to maximize performance.
• You analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• You execute A/B tests in order to improve UA performance.
• You track and report on key metrics on a regular basis providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• You foster new and current relationships with our networks and partners.
• You implement a strategy to grow our Paid Social activity to the next level.
• You collaborate crossfunctionally to develop and implement innovative solutions to scale our user base.
• You will work closely with design teams to develop engaging visuals and videos for ad campaigns.
• Staying uptodate with industry trends platform updates and best practices in paid social advertising.

Requirements

• You have a university degree in marketing analytics business or a similar qualification.
• You have at least 4 / 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing with a focus on Paid Social Advertising.
• You are able to implement paid social strategies that align with business goals target audience and budget.
• You have extensive experience in paid social media campaigns.
• You are an expert in Meta Ads TikTok and have a strong understanding of Snapchat.
• You possess strong analytical abilities and a datadriven mindset enabling you to interpret complex data and make wellinformed decisions regarding marketing strategies and campaigns.
• You are dedicated flexible and are excellent in communication.
• Fluent English is mandatory knowledge of German is welcome.
• High affinity for mobile apps and enthusiasm for games is a plus.
