Job Description
- Lead a team of maintenance and cleaning staff by personally demonstrating and applying leadership and management ss, and a commitment to modelling ethical business conduct.
- Plan and supervisor all Facilities and Grounds preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Implement continuous improvement by monitoring the condition and operational performance of equipment, collecting technical data and evaluating maintenance procedures.
- Use computerised maintenance management systems to accurately record maintenance activities.
