Source qualified candidates through various channels including online job boards professional organizations and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Schedule and conduct inperson interviews or video conferences.

Prepare interview documentation and shortlist the most qualified candidates.

Negotiate salary and benefits offers with top candidates.

Maintain a strong candidate database and build relationships with potential hires.

Stay uptodate on healthcare industry trends and job market conditions.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its various professions.

Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
