Job Description

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. Manage the interview process and onboard new hires to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns handling conflict resolution and maintaining employee morale.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the companys benefits program including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes conduct performance reviews and guide employee development initiatives.
  • Compliance: Stay uptodate on HR laws and regulations and ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and best practices.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation and Payroll: Oversee payroll processes ensure accurate and timely compensation and maintain employee records.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential HR risks.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment law
  • Proven experience in recruitment onboarding and employee relations
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks manage deadlines and work independently
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems payroll systems)
