Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns handling conflict resolution and maintaining employee morale.
Benefits Administration: Oversee the companys benefits program including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Performance Management: Implement performance management processes conduct performance reviews and guide employee development initiatives.
Compliance: Stay uptodate on HR laws and regulations and ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and best practices.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Payroll: Oversee payroll processes ensure accurate and timely compensation and maintain employee records.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential HR risks.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment law
Proven experience in recruitment onboarding and employee relations
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks manage deadlines and work independently
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems payroll systems)
