Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Agency is recruiting a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join one of our esteemed clients in the region! As a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager you will be responsible for serving our commercial clients insurance needs. Your daily tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships in the commercial sector.
  • Assessing clients insurance needs and tailoring coverage solutions.
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
  • Collaborating with underwriters and carriers to deliver competitive quotes.
  • Assisting clients with claims policy changes and inquiries.
  • Monitoring policy renewals and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
  • Keeping uptodate with commercial insurance products and market trends.


Requirements

  • Stateissued insurance license.
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance or account management.
  • Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel every 46 weeks

State-issued insurance license, including life and health. Strong interpersonal and sales skills. Effective communication and empathy when discussing sensitive topics. Ability to work independently and provide personalized service. A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
