Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong background in DevOps/Platform engineering and expertise in CI/CD lifecycle Java GitLab Jenkins Docker Kubernetes and Terraform. Bonus points for experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
Job Specifications:
Proven experience in DevOps/Platform engineering.
Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
Proficiency in Java programming.
Handson experience with GitLab and Jenkins.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid experience with infrastructure as code specifically using Terraform.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
Proficiency in Python.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK stack.
Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
Requirements
Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Deploy manage and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitor system performance reliability and security and address any issues promptly.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure deployment and environmental configurations.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.
Work Shift 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST
