La compagnie recherche un(e) conseiller(e) juridique pour remplir un r le g n raliste en droit commercial; pour offrir son soutien aux diverses unit s d affaires. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIT S

• Ce poste prendra en charge toutes les questions juridiques commerciales g n rales li es aux besoins de lorganisation incluant la r vision r daction et la n gociation de divers contrats de ventes et d approvisionnements limmobilier et la location au marketing informatique etc.
  
• Le ou la candidat(e) aura un r le de partenaire d affaires un r le cl supportant plusieurs d partements diff rents et devra faire de la gestion de risques et donner des conseils strat giques.
  
• La personne devra g rer simultan ment un grand volume de dossiers et tre efficace dans un environnement en volution constante.
  
• Contribuer de mani re cr ative l quipe avec de nouvelles id es avoir la pens e strat gique et simpliquer dans lam lioration des processus des op rations juridiques.
  

EXIGENCES

• Membre en r gle du Barreau du Qu bec.
  
• Minimum de 4 ans en droit commercial id alement acquis dans un grand cabinet ou grande organisation.
  
• Bon sens des affaires orient solutions.
  
• Proactif laise avec le travail d quipe.
  
• D brouillard cr atif et agile.
  
• Capacit de bien travailler dans un environnement en volution rapide.

ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE TEAM

Our client is a large Canadian manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods and a leader in their industry. For over 65 years they have researched and created innovative and top market products of utmost quality. The company is undergoing expansion into more global markets and the legal department needs have grown. They are looking for a Legal Counsel that can fill a generalist commercial law role someone that will be comfortable with contract review and negotiations. The chosen candidate will be joining a respected legal team where innovation new projects and ideas are welcome and where team building is a priority.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position will support all general commercial issues pertaining to the organization s needs from a large diversity of contract reviews and negotiations sales/procurement to real estate and leasing marketing and branding IT etc.
  
• The candidate will have an advisory role they will act as a business partner and have a key role in supporting several different departments.
  
• Handle a highvolume of business files simultaneously keep up with a fastpaced environment.
  
• Contribute creatively to the team with new ideas and input think strategically and get involved in the process improvement of the legal operations.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Member in good standing with the Bar of Quebec.
  
• A minimum of 4 years experience in commercial law ideally acquired in a big firm or large organization.
  
• Good business acumen solutionsoriented.
  
• Proactive comfortable with teamwork.
  
• Resourceful creative and agile.
  
• Work well in a fastpaced environment.
