Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll champion the technical aspects of onboarding and integrating the solution, ensuring customers achieve success. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams and report directly to the CEO. Additionally, you will:
Be the go-to technical expert for customers, providing guidance and troubleing throughout their journey.
- Spearhead the technical onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of the product for customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their success with their product.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to understand customer needs and challenges, working together to prioritize and deliver solutions.
