Business Systems Project Manager - Japanese Bilingual

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Project Manager to join our team in Torrance CA. As a Business Systems Project Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of business systems projects from requirements definition to development system testing delivery and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of business systems projects from requirements definition to development system testing delivery and maintenance
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and manage project plans and budgets
• Lead and motivate project teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage project risks and issues
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Document project processes and procedures

• Experience with business systems implementation consulting and support
• Experience in proposing and planning business improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with QuickBooks or Sage
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to become an SE (Software Engineer) (beginners are also welcome)

Additional Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or have a valid work visa
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese

Work Hours:

Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (closed weekends and holidays)
