Duties
Run end to end payroll for Bglr location
Manage attendance for on roll and off roll
Upload Shift rosters and attendance musters
Ensure PF/ESIC/PT/Gratuity/LWF/ Bonus
Ensure CTC management for new employees
Ensure Min wage corrections and other ctc changes
Ensure correct payroll inputs
Support Employees with PF portal personal changes withdrawals etc
Make bank files for payment
Challans for ESIC/PF/PT and ensure compliance
Manage MIS and reporting
Reconciliations with Finance
Reports for management
Compliance: Ensure factory licence renewals trade license renewals factory compliances handle inspectors visits audits etc
Employee engagement and employee query handling
