Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) Finance senior resource to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules and a proven track record of implementing and managing financial systems. This role requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams to optimize financial processes and ensure seamless integration with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Finance modules including General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) and Cash Management Cost Management (SLA) Project Costing.

Customize and configure Oracle EBS to meet specific business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Good understanding of Project Costing Subledger Accounting.

Good understanding of inventory discrete manufacturing and COGS costing.

Should have done at least 56 end to end finance implementations preferably in manufacturing industry.

Experience with multiBU multiregion implementations.

Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills stake holder management

Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for endusers.

Develop and maintain user manuals system documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.

Oracle EBS certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience working with Oracle EBS Finance modules.

Proven experience in the implementation and support of Oracle EBS Financials.

Skills:

Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL AP AR FA Cash Management Cost Management Project Costing).

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or later versions.

Experience with Oracle EBS implementations in manufacturing industry with a global foot print.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials Enterprise Performance Management moudles.

Work Environment:

This position may require milestone travel to client sites (if not based locally).

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
