Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant with over 8 years of
experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Reports XML
Publisher Forms Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Workflows specifically within the HRMS
module.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize reports using Oracle Reports and XML Publisher.
Design and develop Oracle Forms and OAF pages to meet business requirements.
Create and manage workflows within the Oracle EBS HRMS module.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand HRMS requirements and provide
technical solutions.
Perform technical troubleshooting and provide support for HRMSrelated issues.
Participate in system upgrades testing and deployment activities.
Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for Oracle EBS development.
Provide technical documentation and training to endusers and other team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
8 years of technical experience with Oracle EBS specifically in the HRMS module.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Reports XML Publisher Oracle Forms OAF and Workflows.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Oracle EBS HRMS
solutions.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with PL/SQL and SQL tuning is a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 is preferred.
