Job Description:
- Lead Integration Efforts: Drive the integration of the new platform with existing systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across all origination processes including credit decisions pricing and contract funding.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including engineering future platform vendors and business units to understand integration requirements and ensure business objective alignment.
- Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and budgets for integration efforts. Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and document integration requirements from various stakeholders ensuring all technical and business needs are met.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design integration solutions that are scalable reliable and maintainable. Ensure solutions are aligned with overall architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing and validation of integration solutions ensuring all functionalities work as intended and meet quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the integration process and improve overall efficiency.
Requirement:
- 3 years of Product Management and technology experience.
- Experience in agile methodologies and writing product requirements is necessary.
