Title: Change Management Specialist (REMOTE)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3.5 4 Months
Description:
Client is evaluating there U.S.based programs to ensure compliance of new and existing regulations. The role of the (Organizational/ Adoption) Change Management Specialist is to work with our project team to support the evaluation process of programs and as needed drive change management efforts to engage support and train program staff to make any changes required to maintain compliance. Additionally we will establish updated processes and procedures for functional areas to evaluate and set up any new programs to be in compliance. This role will gather process information consider change impacts develop training materials and train current corporate staff.

Candidates for this position must be detailoriented processdriven organized and strong professional style readers and writers. Experience with military legal and/or compliancerelated projects preferred.
This position is entirely virtual but meetings and work primarily takes place between 9 AM and 5 PM ET. Primary tools used are Microsoft products including Word Outlook SharePoint Excel PowerPoint and Teams. A laptop will be provided to complete this work.
Essential Knowledge Skills and Responsibilities:
Change Management Knowledge: Adhere to change management frameworks processes procedures and templates within initiatives ensuring compliance with Change Management methodologies standards and best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage impacted stakeholders including functional area team members program contacts functional leads and subject matter experts. Analyze stakeholder groups for impacts benefits and risks of change. Establish effective communication channels manage stakeholder expectations build strong relationships with stakeholders and engage stakeholders in twoway communication.
Communications Management: Provide and facilitate excellent professionally written verbal and written communications for a variety of audiences. Provide or support presentations to smalltomedium size audiences. Enable the design development delivery and management of key communications and gather and maintain lists of communications recipients.
Training Management: Support and establish training efforts for the change initiative by providing training insight and options to project leads documenting requirements and
designing and delivering a training program for functional corporate staff and for program staff based on information provided by subject matter experts.
Risk and Issue Management: Partner with project managers sponsors and stakeholders to evaluate risk change impact and change readiness. Identify assess and mitigate peoplerelated risks and issues throughout the project life cycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies to overcome challenges reduce resistance and increase adoption.
Project Planning and Execution: Can independently plan and track the execution of change related activities including setting objectives creating a schedule managing timelines lists scheduled tasks followup and deliverables.
