Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Line Sales Executive to join our Home Loans team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the home loan market. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers understanding their home loan needs and providing them with suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Generate leads through various channels including networking referrals and marketing activities.
    • Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their home loan requirements.
    • Present and explain the features and benefits of home loan products to customers.
    • Convert leads into successful home loan applications by guiding customers through the application process.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the home loan market.
    • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure all customer documentation is complete and accurate.
    • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the home loan or financial services sector.
  • Skills:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand and explain complex financial products.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
