The gaming platform of our client helps leading brands acquire new customers and obtain the most accurate insights. The Berlin based company was founded in 2021 and is in a strong growing phase 100% bootstrapped and profitable.

Tasks

• ownership of the user acquisition strategy: develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies and campaigns to drive customer growth
• challenge experiment test and iterate on acquisition channels optimization strategies and automation opportunities
• Identification and evaluation of target audience segments market trends and competitive landscapes
• Lead and mentor the user acquisition team of 7 people

Requirements

• 10 years of a proven track record of driving towards new user acquisition growth goals
• 5 years of experience in the mobile gaming or AdTech industries
• Experience in leading teams of 5 people
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
