Tasks

• you will play a key role during the productmarket fit research stage of our SaaS product
• youll bring creative and selfdriven tactics to help Smartblick find the road to success
• you will be responsible for the planning implementation management optimization and further development of our online marketing activities/campaigns
• you will work closely with our Content Creation Manager and support them with both technical and brand awareness knowledge
• you will be responsible for marketing optimization and the creation of leadgeneration opportunities
• youll be responsible for metrics analytics and performancebased marketing tools
• you will comanage and optimize our social media channels as well as our internal and external communication measures in various channels (intranet SEA/SEO PR print newsletter advertising material etc.)
• you support the maintenance and further development of our website
• you manage external agencies and service providers as well as cooperation partners
• you will also be responsible for planning organizing and implementing company events and target groupspecific events when needed

Requirements

• exceptional verbal and written communication in German and English. Polish and other languages are a plus
• Berlinbased
• experience in SaaS is a must
• knowledge of Google Ads
• familiar and comfortable working in a Startup environment during the productmarket fit research stage
• you have several years of professional experience in online marketing
• knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Heatmaps etc.)
• youre hungry for knowledge and have a genuine interest in marketing
• you have experience with social media marketing
• you have experience with standard marketing tools (WordPress etc.)
• you have a keen sense of current marketing trends and technologies
• experience in marketing for a technical product is a plus
• you are enthusiastic and have the will to redesign and advance topics
• you are metricsdriven
• you have strong teamwork skills and communication skills
• you are proactive and goaloriented
