Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Pioneers Academy located in Amman. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling our training solutions and consultation services to both individuals and corporate clients. The day-to-day tasks will include identifying and prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with clients. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and presentation ss
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ss
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of training solutions and consultation services
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
