Vous aimeriez relever un nouveau d fi et d occuper un r le de contr leur financier dans une organisation en forte croissance dans le domaine de la construction Vous avez de solides comp tences analytiques des comp tences remarquables en r solution de probl me et un sens aiguis des chiffres En tant que contr leur financier vous aurez une opportunit exceptionnelle de diriger une quipe de 6 personnes tout en participant activement la modernisation du d partement comptables. Notre client une entreprise familiale bien tablie dans le domaine de la construction est la recherche d un contr leur financier pour se joindre son quipe. Une quipe dynamique collaborative et dans laquelle vous pourrez participer activement son d veloppement.

Principales t ches et responsabilit s :

  • Superviser 6 commis comptables;
  • Superviser les op rations comptables;
  • Effectuer les fins de mois les fins d ann es (multi entreprises) et participer l audit interne;
  • Participer l laboration du budget et des pr visions;
  • Superviser le flux de tr sorerie et approuver les d penses;
  • Analyser les tats financiers expliquer les carts mettre des recommandations et les tendances;
  • Suivre les projets sp ciaux et participer au d veloppement strat gique;
  • Moderniser le d partement comptable en apportant des am liorations aux processus et participer l implantation d un nouveau syst me ERP;
  • Maintenir et d velopper les indicateurs de performance;
  • mettre les rapports de taxes gouvernementales (Ontario et Qu bec);
  • Assurer la conformit fiscale;
  • Toutes autres t ches connexes requises pour le poste.


Habilet s et comp tences pour exceller dans le r le et profil recherch :


  • Baccalaur at en comptabilit (titre CPA un atout);
  • 35 ann es d exp rience dans un r le similaire avec gestion de personnel;
  • Anglais avanc ou bilingue (fran aisanglais);
  • Fort Excel (Avanc macros);
  • Aisance en informatique et connaissance du logiciel Hopem un fort atout.
  • Grande capacit d adaptation et de l initiative.

Our client a wellestablished family business in the construction field is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team. Be part of a dynamic collaborative team in which you can actively participate in its development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise 6 accounting clerks.
  • Supervise accounting operations.
  • Carry out monthends and yearends (multicompany) and participate in the internal audit.
  • Participate in the development of the budget and forecasts.
  • Supervise cash flow and approve expenses.
  • Analyze financial statements explain variations provide recommendations and explain trends.
  • Monitor special projects and participate in strategic development.
  • Modernize the accounting department including process improvement participate in the implementation of a new ERP system.
  • Maintain and develop performance indicators.
  • Issue tax reports (Ontario and Quebec government).
  • Ensure tax compliance.
  • Any other related tasks required for the position.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in accounting (CPA title an asset).
  • 35 years of experience in a similar role including the management of personnel.
  • Advanced English or bilingual (FrenchEnglish).
  • Strong Excel skills (Advanced macros).
  • Computer/IT skills and familiarity with Hopem software is a strong asset.
  • Capacity to adapt and take initiative.
