Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide HR guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Suggest new HR strategies.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Lead talent management processes including performance reviews succession planning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1015 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong Knowledge of HR practices policies and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
