Job Description
LMS administration and maintenance
- Ensure the LMS is up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Handle system configurations and integrations with other software.
User support and training
- Provide technical support to LMS users, including instructors, students, and administrators.
- Create and deliver training sessions or materials to help users navigate the LMS.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and other resources to aid in user adoption and troubleshooting.
